The re-elected Provincial 

The Holy Family Province Rwanda, Congo and Belgium has  re-elected Father Eugene NIYONZIMA S.A.C for the second term as the Provincial Rector. 

His biography

Father Eugene NIYONZIMA is a priest of the Society of the Catholic Apostolate. He is from Karambi parish in the Diocese of Kagbayi. Ordained priest on May 29, 2004. He exercised his priestly ministry in the Archdiocese of Kigali in the parishes of Kabuga (2004-2006), Masaka (2006 -2007) and at the Shrine of Our Lady of Kibeho (2007-2010). After these apostolic experiences he was sent to Rome (2010), for specialized studies at the Pontifical Gregorian University. Since June 2015, he has a doctorate in spiritual theology. He has also been Director of the Pallottine Training Center (CPF) located in Keshero-Goma, DRC; lecturer at the Institute of St. John Paul II of Buhimba-Goma, he was also in charge of the Secretariat for Formation in the Pallottine Province Sainte Family as well as Coordinator of pallottine training in Africa. He was elected Provincial Rector in 2017 for his first term. After three years of service as Provincial Rector the confreres re-elected him for the second term beginning on January 29, 2020 until January 29, 2023. It should be noted that the publication of the results of the provincial election coincided with the beginning of the Meeting of the Rectors and Managers of the Pallottine Works, held in Rebero from 19 to 20 November 2019. This meeting of the Rectors and Managers of the Pallottine Works evaluated the priorities of the triennium, which will soon be over.
